Q. What classes do you offer?
A. All tRg classes and workshops center around photography. Our offerings include:

Q. What are the days and times for classes?
•We also have day-long workshops, including New Camera Operators, Yearbook Photography and Fashion Photography
A. Classes are from two to five weeks long and are two hours a week. Classes are available Monday through Friday, beginning at
10AM with the last class starting at 6PM. It’s easy to fit a class into your schedule. Because our classes are small (1-3 students)
to maximize your learning. When you sign up for a class, you and the instructor will agree upon a time that works best for both
you and the studio.

Q.How much are classes?
A. You can get started with our “Get to Know Your Digital Camera” one day, two-hour, personalized consultation for just $60.
The cost for classes range from $125-$425. Classes are 2 hours a week and, depending on the class, have a duration from two
to five weeks. We also offer private sessions at $55.00 per hour. For private sessions, there is a minimum of 1 hour per session.

Q. How and when do I pay for a class or workshop?
A. Workshops must be prepaid. For classes, payment is expected at the time services are rendered on the first day of class.
Prepayments are welcome and encouraged. tRg accepts, cash, check, purchase orders, Visa and Mastercard. If you choose
to use a credit card, we ask that you utilize the online purchasing option, conveniently located at the tRg website.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. For classes, there is no refund for missed classes once a session has begun. For classes that have yet to begin, we do offer a refund
(minus a $35 cancellation fee). For workshops, a refund (minus a $40 cancellation fee) is offered for cancellations made two weeks prior
to a workshop. It is not possible to refund any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to a workshop start date.

Q. What if I have to miss a class?
A. Punctuality is very important, therefore it is crucial that all course participants arrive in plenty of time. If you find yourself running late
on the day of the class or should need to reschedule, kindly give 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 10% no show fee.
For classes where there must be an absence, we will reschedule a maximum of one missed session, which must be made up within 60 days
of the absence.

Q. Does tRg offer certificates or degrees?
A. tRg is not a school. We offer training in digital photography faciliated by an award-winning professional photographer. The number of courses you take is your choice; there is a no long term commitment. You can decide whether you want to take a four week crash course in effectively using your camera for a long-awaited vacation or focus on a more lenghty course of study to become a serious ameateur in your craft.

Q. What level of experience should I have to attend classes?
A. Each course has three or more levels to continue to challenge and grow each individual student. Our classes are appropriate for new camera owners through aspiring professional photographers.

Q. Do you prefer for students to use digital or film?
A. Either one is fine. While our classes are designed around the digital camera, film cameras and their operators are welcome.

Q.Should I bring my laptop?
A. Most definitely, along with your card reader and image editing program (if that relates to your course). tRg Studio also has computers available.

Q. How many people can attend the classes?
A.To assure one-on-one time with students, all classes are limited to a maximum of three students, while workshops allow more.

Q. Can children take classes?
A. Yes, if they are sixteen or older. Children fourteen and older can attend if accompanied by a supervising adult. A class shared by a child and parent or grandparent can be a wonderful experience!

Q. Can a prearranged group have a class or workshop?
A. Yes, your group can schedule an exclusive class or workshop. We have organized workshops for scrapbooking groups, stay-at-home parent networks, and senior centers. Contact tRg for more information.

Q. Do you offer discounts for classes?
A. The tRg discount policy is as follows: Hillsborough Community College students who have taken a continuing education course with Robert Rostick at the college. Tampa Bay Camera Club members. tRg Photography Training students, after two courses, receive a discount on the third class. There is a referral discount as well. If, for example John who has taken a class at tRg refers Robert, then John would receive a discount on the next class after Robert takes a class, paid in full.

Q. Do you review portfolios and offer marketing advice?
A. tRg Studio does offer this service. This would be considered a private class and follow the hourly rate.

Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Yes. You can purchase a certificate that lets the recipient choose the course and date. Standard Gift Certificate increments are $55 and $100. Contact us for details. Gift certificates are good for one year from the purchase date.

Q. Is there a registration deadline for classes?
A. There are no registration deadlines for classes, as they are ongoing. For workshop deadlines, please consult the workshops link on our site. Please note, workshops do fill quickly as we have limited space, so we urge you to sign up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Feel free to call and check on space availability.

Q. Is there a waitlist for workshops?
A. If you would like to sign up for a workshop that is full, we will place your name on a wait list and contact you only if space becomes available.
